I drove purposely from Boise, Idaho to Seattle just to get a flat of beer. Being a full celiac is hard to find good food, yet alone beer. They make the best gluten free beer around, from their lagers to the IPAs. The staff is very friendly and has common knowledge of not gluten free beers to compare said beers to! I highly recommend the fish and chips as it tastes exactly like normal ones and I greatly miss deep fried things! Great taproom as well with plenty of seating options for parties of all size. Even good music and smiling faces as you walk in.

Looking for gluten free beer and food that is actually good rather than "good for gluten free?" Ghostfish satisfies on all counts. I had a tasting flight and would happily order three of the four beers that I tasted. The Pale Ale won gold at the 2023 GABF. All are low in carbonation and most people would never know that the beer is GF. The food was also excellent. I had crispy and perfectly fried Fish&Chips, served with the extra crispy fries that I requested. The entire restaurant is gluten free. What a treat to order straight off the menu. I will be back soon.

We stopped by dinner, we were going to concert near by. I ordered fish taco. We shared orders of fries and onions rings. The fish taco was good. It has another stuff mixed in, nothing stand out about it. Onion ring on other hand was good, thick batter and stay crispy. The truffle fries were crispy and not too salty. It was busy Sunday night but service was still good. There were pretty of tables inside and did not have to wait long to be seated. It is 100% gluten free that includes the beer. To finish off I got carrot cake, it was good but I like my carrot cake with more textures.

A gluten free person's paradise. It has been FOREVER (or maybe this was even the first time........) that I have been able to eat fried foods that were made well, and drink something that tasted like a true beer. I wasn't even speaking to my husband during our meal because I kept staring it at all, smiling, and sighing of joy. I really don't even know what more to say because nothing else personally mattered to me, lol. Can Ghostfish please expand to other states and across the US?????

A gluten free slice of heaven!! It's so rare to find a completely gf restaurant and then a gf brewery to boot? Seriously amazing! We were thankfully seated quickly on a Friday evening with a party of just two, even though it was very busy. I confirmed with the friendly server that EVERYTHING on their menu was gf because that's impressive and so rare. EVERYTHING is, including all of their beer! I haven't drank a beer in many years, so when in Rome, I ordered the Meteor Shower Pale Lager. The lager was cold, light, refreshing, and delicious. My gluten eating husband enjoyed it and ordered a second. We split the parmesan truffle fries. The fries were hot, crispy, and had just the right amount of truffle funk and parmesan. We split the blackened salmon blt with a kale salad. The sandwich was awesome! The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the bun stuck together! The flavors jived nicely. The kale salad was a nice, light option after having fries as an appetizer Sending a special thank you to the owners and anyone else who helped create this gluten free gem!

I researched best spots through my find me gluten free app and this spot was at the very top. Nick our server was amazing!! He accommodated our large party size that just kept growing. He was super helpful with ordering, especially beer. I am not a huge beer fan but when visiting a gluten free brewery one MUST try and he agreed. The meteor one was my favorite although I still prefer the root beer and wine over an actual beer. Everything we ordered was amazing. So amazing we came back after our cruise before leaving Seattle!!! Thanks Ghostfish for giving this celiac gal her DREAM meal of onion rings, fish and chips!!! And thanks Nick for putting up with the Rainer family on the first visit

Did you know that Beer can be Gluten Free?! I sure didn't know.... Well, Ghostfish Brewing has many options for those who are Gluten Intolerant. Within the last year, I found out that gluten has been the culprit for MANY of My stomach issues... Been doing My best at avoiding gluten as much as possible... Yet, that is certainly NOT easy. One of the items I gave up, was beer.... Yet, I hate the taste of Hard Alcohol. My Favorite type of Beer, is Hefeweizen. When visiting Ghostfish for the first time, I got to try their style of a Hefeweizen that was gluten free. AND IT WAS AMAZING!! You certainly could not tell it was any different from those with gluten. Ghostfish is a great location with easy parking in the area, as long as no Sport Events are happening. lol... Interior is a good setup with tables to sit, relax and enjoy time with friends. Staff was very friendly as well... THANK YOU Ghostfish Brewing for allowing Me to enjoy a Belgian Ale that didn't make My stomach all funky. Also.. To Be Exact, the name of the Beer was: Shrouded Summit Belgian White Ale

As a newly diagnosed celiac, this brewery was a dream come true! It was so easy ordering whatever I wanted off their 100% gluten-free menu. The truffle fries and the blackened Alaskan cod tacos were perfect!! It was so exciting to find a celiac safe brewery offering a large menu of different styles of beer. I will be returning!
